Data Destruction, LLC shall not take any responsibility for data stored on drives or any type of media (including, but not limited to: HDD, SSD, USB, CD, SD) until they are delivered and checked into Data Destruction’s system, within Data Destruction’s facility. Liability for the data in transportation will fall upon the mail carrier or user. Missing drives or data that were not delivered and/or checked into Data Destruction’s system, must be arranged with mail carrier.

Children / Age Requirements

Data Destruction does not knowingly conduct business with people under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any orders through the website. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our terms.
