Commercial Data Destruction

Corporations, companies and businesses of every size have more complex relationships with their customers and business partners than ever before.  We have an obligation to responsibly remove that data, be a contractual agreement, service agreement, or customer agreement.  Our data destruction process ensures that this data is reliably eradicated in a way that is certified and guaranteed.  Whether you need to destroy a large number of computers and drives, or regularly destroy data for security purposes, we have you covered.

Our Process

Degaussing

This method will destroy the data with the use of a high-powered magnet. This magnet will interrupt the magnetic field within the electronic medium. This disruption will destroy all the data. It is an efficient and quick way to destroy data on a device that is housing loads of sensitive information.

Shredding

Solid State Drives (SSDs) and memory chips require additional destruction requirements as they don’t react to the degaussing process.  In these cases we dismantle the appropriate hardware and physically shred it to ensure complete destruction.

Data Destruction

Secondarily, We crush the entire hard drive, causing enough physical damage to the drive that further renders it unrecoverable.

Certification

We issue a certificate of destruction with serial numbers for every hard drive destroyed at our facilities. The certificate of destruction ensures that degaussing and destruction were successful.
